    Odoo Marketplace Seller Slider

    Introduction

    This module can be used as an important tool to organize and compress information. By using Odoo Marketplace seller slider a seller can set image slider on their profile page as well as shop page to showcase images. With this module, you can show much more information and save more space. It allows you to access the information quickly, without scrolling vertically or using the mouse. Instead of looking at the different pages of a website, the user can easily and quickly access the main information.
    It saves time, focuses the attention of the user and is a very efficient and persuasive tool to communicate quickly.
    Furthermore, it’s a very popular and feasible way to view images and everyone knows how to use it.

    Note: This module is dependent on Odoo Multi-Vendor Marketplace in order to use Odoo Marketplace Seller Slider module you need to purchase this module also.

    Installation

    After buying this app from our Webkul store you will get the link for downloading the zip file. Simply download it and extract then you will see the marketplace_seller_slider folder, now you will have to copy this app folder inside your Odoo addons path.

    Now simply follow these steps:
    1. Go to settings menu and click on Activate the Developer mode.
    2. Now go to apps menu and Click on ‘Update Modules List’.
    3. Remove the app’s filter and search for the marketplace_seller_slider key.
    4. Now you will see the module then simply install it.

    After installing you will be able to handle different functionality as mentioned in module’s workflow.

    Now let us see how you and your seller will apply slider image to the seller profile and seller shop with the help of this module.

    An admin can upload seller slider images from Seller Dashboard>>Seller>>Profile Page>>Profile slider image. An admin needs to go to the respective seller for whom he wishes to upload images.

    Under the option Profile slider image, the seller needs to click on create button to upload images to profile slider.

    On clicking create button a Popup-wizard will appear where an admin will upload the image, set URL for the attached banner and add the sequence of the respective banner. Also, an admin can show/hide the image by simply enabling or disabling on show checkbox.

    After saving the image will be displayed along with other images. An admin can easily remove an image by clicking on the cross button available on side of the image.

    An admin can upload banner images to any of the respective seller’s shop from here.

    Same as before admin needs to set or change properties of each image like URL, sequence, etc when adding slider image to a seller’s shop.

    How seller will use this module

    A seller can add an image to profile image slider from Seller Dashboard>>My Profile>>Profile page and click on Create button. After which he can upload the image, set sequence, and URL of the image.

    A seller can also add slider images to his shop. If an admin has allowed a seller to manage his shop then he can upload the image to the option Shop slider images which will be available when a seller will click on the button Create shop.

    If a slider image is uploaded to a seller shop this is how it will be displayed on the shop page.
