Odoo Delivery Dashboard

INTRODUCTION

Odoo Delivery Dashboard module allows you to create graphs for delivery methods in Odoo. Just select the desired delivery method and the module automatically creates a detailed dashboard for that delivery method.

The dashboard consists of Graph, Histogram, Cards, and Piechart to neatly show the details of the delivery method. The data can be filtered according to the time filter.

The information can be easily read directly through the plots by the user.

  • The user can filter out the data on the given time period.
  • Default Time periods included are; 7 days, 30 days, 90 days and all time.
  • Neatly plotted data graphs show the relevant information.
  • The Histogram displays the Top 10 customers for a specific time period.
  • The pie-chart shows the top 10 delivered products through the delivery method.
  • The data cards list shows valuable information about the shipping method.
  • It displays total sales quotations, total customers served, pending orders, etc.
  • Click on the data card to view more details and corresponding records in Odoo.

INSTALLATION

1.) Once you purchase the App from the Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.

2.) Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- ‘wk_delivery_dashboard’.

3.) Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.

4.) Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.

5.) Then, open on the Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List’.

6.) In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘wk_delivery_dashboard.

7.) You will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

WORKFLOW

1.) Go To Inventory >> Delivery Dashboard >> Create.

2.) Choose the desired delivery method from the list.

3.) The dashboard is automatically set up using the Odoo Data.

4.) Go back to the delivery dashboard.

5.) You can see the details of each delivery method in the tab such as Total Quotations, Quotation Sent, Delivery Orders, Delivered Orders, etc.

6.) Click on View Dashboard to see the dashboard view of that particular delivery method.

7.) The graph shows the deliveries done in the chosen months. You can change the time period for the graph such as 3 months, 5 months, 7 months, or 12 months.

8.) The data cards on the right show the delivery details for the delivery method.

9.) Click on the desired card to see the details such as click on total sales quotations.

10.) You can now view the sales quotations list with the chosen delivery method.

11.) The histogram shows the top 10 customers that used the delivery method in the chosen time period.

12.) The pie chart shows the top 10 products delivered using the delivery method in the chosen time period.

13.) Use the Time filter to change the data on the histogram, set of data cards, and the pie chart.

14.) Choose the time period like today, 7days, 30 days, 90 days, etc.
