Prestashop Multishop Extension Odoo Connector User Manual

INTRODUCTION

Prestashop Multishop Extension Odoo Connector connects multiple Prestashop shops to Odoo ERP. 

It helps businesses centralize operations, manage sales, and control inventory across all shops from a single platform. 

With this module, you can easily handle everything from sales orders to warehouse setups, ensuring smoother business management.

Whether you have multiple shops operating multiple shops offering various products, this extension ensures that all data can be managed within Odoo. 

From tracking product stock levels to assigning specific warehouses for each shop, it provides full control over shop operations without switching between platforms.

Prerequisites for using Prestashop Multishop Extension Odoo Connector

Prestashop Multishop Extension Odoo Connector works in conjunction with the following module:

Features

1. Connect multiple Prestashop shops to Odoo ERP.
2. Manage sales orders for each shop separately using a group by, making it easier to track sales 
3. Sync stock updates between Prestashop and Odoo to ensure accuracy.
4. Assign specific warehouses to connected shops to ensure smooth operations.
5. Manage product stock individually for each shop within Odoo.

INSTALLATION

1. Once you purchase the App from the Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.
2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- ‘prestashop_bridge_multishop’
3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
4. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.
5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List.’
6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘prestashop_bridge_multishop’

You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

• Navigate to the Module Manager under the Modules menu to begin the installation.
•  In the top-right corner, click the Upload a module button.

•  Upload the Prestaerp module to install it on Prestashop.
•  After uploading, search for the module in the Modules list, and click the Install button to complete the installation.

WORKFLOW

1. Go to Odoo Mapping, select Odoo Configuration, enable the Multi Shop feature in Optional Features, and save.

2. Navigate to Odoo Mappings >> Shop >> Synchronize to sync Prestashop shops with Odoo.

3. To make shops in Odoo and then manually link them to your Prestashop shops, navigate to Ecom Odoo Bridge >> Mapping >> Odoo Shop.

4. Click on the New option to add a new shop. Enter your shop’s details and select the appropriate warehouse.

5. Now the next step is to map the shop made in Odoo with Prestashop. The mapping can be done manually.

6. Go to Odoo Mappings and Open Shop. Go to the Manual Mapping. Select the Odoo and Prestashop Shops that need to be mapped and save them.

Once the mapping of shops between Odoo and Prestashop is complete, you can identify the source of orders in Odoo.

7. Navigate to sales >> quotations , now apply the group by –prestashop shops , and there you can  find the orders of various sale orders.

8. You can also view the shop details by clicking on a specific quotation and navigating to the Other Info section of the order.
