Magento Cycle Carousel

Its pretty easy you just need to move both folder (i.e. app, skin) into magento root that’s it.

After moving both the folder, flush the cache from magento admin module . Under system >  cache management.

And now your Magento Cycle Carousel module has been installed.

After successful installation of the module you will see a menu in magento admin for News Slider as per screenshot.

As you can see there are Two menus under News Slider, i am going to explain you each menu one by one:

1. Add/Manage News Slider – This menu is responsible for adding news.

for adding new news click on “Add News”, a form opens:

You can also delete or change status of news.

On clicking “edit”, you can edit your news detail.

2. Add/Manage News Slider Groups – This menu is responsible for adding groups for news slider.

for adding new news slider group click on “Add News Slider Group”, a form opens:

which contain two tab in the left section:

i) News Slider Group: Here you need to enter required news slider group details.

ii) News: Here you need to select the news which you want to show in this particular group.

You can also delete or change status of news slider group.

On clicking “edit”, you can edit your news slider group details.

now you need to call block code at your cms page:
