Product reviews are an essential part of an online store’s branding and marketing. They help build trust and loyalty, and typically describe what sets your products apart from others. You can find the reviews in the Shopware back-end under Catalogues > Reviews
After that, click on the Review button.
All relevant information regarding the Review is shown here. The title, the stars awarded, the product which was rated, the customer who wrote the rating, and the date and time of the rating.
To get the details of the rating or delete the corresponding rating, click on any review. The rating details will show you a summary with all the important information about the rating.
In addition to the information that is already displayed in the overview, the complete evaluation text is now also displayed here.
