A customer review is a review of a product or service made by a consumer who has bought and used or had experience with, the product or service. Consumer reviews are a form of consumer feedback on electronic commerce and online shopping sites.
How to Approve Customer Review
To check the Customer review list in Shopware, you have to log in to the admin page. To add an order in Shopware you have to navigate to Item>>Customer Review.
Now click on Customer review button , A new Page will open here admin can see all the review by the customer.
After giving the review customer will receive notification
Now Admin will apporove the review then only the review will be visble on frontend.
To approve the review select the review of customer after that click on the Accept evaluation button.
After clicking on Add evaluation button.
Now the review will be accepted from admin and will be visible on frontend.
