Introduction
ERPNext Booking & Reservation Management helps businesses accept online bookings directly through their website. Customers can choose a booking date, time slot, plan, and the number of guests before placing an order.
ERPNext Booking & Reservation Management allows businesses to create booking services with pricing, duration, capacity, images, and website details. It also helps manage booking schedules, available slots, and booking plans from one place.
All booking information is connected with ERPNext Webshop, Quotations, Sales Orders, and booking records. This makes it easy to manage reservations and keep booking data organized.

Installation
1. After purchasing the app from the Webkul store, you will receive a link to download the module ZIP file.
2. Extract the downloaded ZIP file, and you will see a folder named ‘erpnext_booking_&_reservation_management’.
3. Set up the module in your Git repository.
4. If the app is hosted on GitHub, fetch it using the command:
bench get-app –branch main https://github.com/your-account/erpnext_booking_&_reservation_management.git
(Replace “main” with your branch name and replace the “HTTPs URL” with your HTTPS clone URL.)
5. Install the app on your site using the command:
bench –site <your-site_name> install-app erpnext_booking_&_reservation_management
6. Finally, run the “bench migrate” command to complete the installation.
Workflow
1. First, access the ERPNext Booking & Reservation Management module from the ERPNext backend by clicking on Booking System. This will open the main dashboard, where you can view an overview of all bookings and reservations and access the module’s features.

2. You can also view the booking details for a specific day by clicking on the desired date in the calendar on the main dashboard. This allows you to check all bookings and reservations scheduled for that day quickly.

Customer Level view:
1. On the Webshop, customers can search and filter the available booking services based on their preferences. The page displays all available booking plans, making it easy to find and select the desired booking.

2. To make a booking, click on the booking product you want to reserve. This will open the product page, where you can view its details, such as the description, available booking plans, pricing, and other booking information.

3. Next, click Book Now. A pop-up will appear where you need to select the booking date, time slot, booking plan, and the number of bookings. After filling in the required details, click Book Now to proceed with your booking.

4. After clicking Book Now, the selected booking will be added to your cart. From there, you can choose your preferred payment method, apply any available coupon, and then click Place Order to complete your booking.

5. After you click Place Order, the order will be placed successfully, and the final bill will be generated. The bill will include all the booking details, such as the selected booking plan, date, time slot, quantity, pricing, and payment information.

Booking Configuration:
1. To manage booking plans, click on Plans under the Configuration section on the main dashboard. This will open the Booking Plan List, where you can view all existing booking plans or click Add Booking Plan to create a new one.

2. Click Add Booking Plan to create a new booking plan. A new form will open where you need to enter the Plan Name, Sequence (to define the display order), and a Description of the plan. After filling in the required details, click Save to create the booking plan.

3. After configuring the booking plans, click on Time Slot to manage the available booking slots. Here, you can create and configure time slots according to your business requirements by clicking Add Time Slot.

4. After configuring the Time Slots, click on Booking Products to open the Booking Product List. Here, you can view all the existing booking products or click New to create a new booking product.

5. Click on a Booking Product to view and manage its details. Then open the Booking & Reservation section, where you can configure the Start Date, End Date, Available Day Slots, and the Booking Quantity according to your requirements.

6. To view booking performance, click on Booking Analysis from the main dashboard. This page displays booking statistics through graphs and reports, helping you analyze booking trends and monitor overall booking activity.

7. To view all booking orders, click on Orders from the main dashboard. This will open the Order List, where you can view and manage all the booking orders created through the website.

8. To view the Sales Orders created for bookings, click on Order Lines from the main dashboard. This will open the Order Line List, where you can view all the sales order records related to booking orders.
