Dubuy Home Page
You can see the home page of Dubuy.com with different features like the Trending Categories, Become a Seller, Become a Buyer.
The home page also consists of the following information such as Buyer FAQ, Sellers FAQ, etc as shown below.
Using the Magento 2 B2B marketplace plugin, the categories can easily be create by the store admin from the store backend.
The create categories are visible at the storefront and can be access by the marketplace vendors under their account panel for adding the products.
Seller/Customer Registration
In Dubuy Marketplace, you can register as a buyer, seller, or both. You just need to fill in the information require and then you will be register as a buyer, seller, or both.
In case of vendor registration, the vendor will provide the following details such as Seller details, Bank details, Tax details as shown in the below screenshot.
To simplify the login and registration, we have separated the supplier and buyer login in our Magento 2 B2B marketplace.
To login or sign up the suppliers can tap on the Supplier registration link in the header section of the website.
Tapping on the supplier registration brings up a section to register as a supplier. Here, the supplier needs to set up the required information in steps as shown in the below screenshot.
Seller Profile
At Dubuy, every seller has his own section where the relevant information regarding the seller is shown. This includes – their company profile-short description, owner’s history, pictures of their products, etc. As shown in the below screenshot.
Webkul’s seller profile has more supplier details – the supplier image, location, featured products, request for quote option, a message supplier option, and more as shown in the below screenshot.
Vendor Collection Page
At Dubuy, the supplier/vendor collection page is visible to the customers on the seller profile page. The collection page consists of all products related to a particular vendor as shown in the below image.
Within Webkul’s B2B Marketplace the supplier collection page is visible to the customers via the supplier profile section. On the vendors, collection page customers can view the total collection of products for a particular vendor.
However, with the help of the Magento 2 Seller list Marketplace add-on customers can view the seller list along with their complete list of products.
Supplier Review
In our Magento 2, B2B Marketplace module customers can view the Supplier reviews along with their product reviews.
About Company
At Dubuy, the company profile consists of a short description of the respective store as shown in the below screenshot.
Within Webkul’s B2B Marketplace, the company details are visible to the customers on the profile page itself.
Apart from company details it also includes the following information as Operation Address, Corporate Address.
Shipping and Return Policies
The policy of the supplier is visible to the customers on the supplier profile page as it includes both shipping and returns policies and this same feature is include in our Magento 2 B2B Marketplace module.
However, if customers want a replacement, return, and refund for their products then these features can be integrate with the help of the Marketplace RMA System for Magento 2.
Contact Supplier
At Dubuy, for product pricing, customization, or other inquiries there is a Contact Supplier Button on the supplier profile page. With the help of this button, customers can directly communicate with marketplace vendors.
In Webkul’s B2B Marketplace, the contact information of the supplier: name, designation, phone, email, etc. is visible to the customers on the profile page.
However Magento 2 Marketplace Seller Buyer Communication add-on is a powerful tool by which customers can directly communicate with vendors regarding products.
Message Supplier
Customers can message the suppliers via the supplier profile page or from the product page itself. Apart from that, they can see the response rate and the response time of the supplier as well.
Add Products Section
In Dubuy Marketplace vendors can fill the Product Catalogue Template and send it by email to [email protected] and the Dubuy team will accordingly publish your content on DUBUY.COM as part of their support services.
If Admin Approval – Required
However, in Magento 2 B2B Marketplace module vendors can add their products from the vendor panel.
In case if product approval is require then Admin will approve those products from the Admin panel then only products will be live on the store.
After adding the products an email is sent to the admin to approve the product first before they become live on the store.
If Admin Approval – Not Required
In case if Admin has enable the Auto Approval feature then products that are added by vendors will become live on the store without Admin approval.
Product Page
Dubuy marketplace product page consists of the following information as Product image, price, add to cart, product dimensions, buy it now, etc.
However, the B2B Marketplace module product page also consists of the following information as shown in the below image.
Supplier Memberships
Dubuy marketplace provides upgrade membership plans for the suppliers to increase their platform features. Each membership plan includes different features as per the plan cost as shown below.
Webkul’s plugin Magento 2 Seller Groups Marketplace Add-On provides the feature of creating the membership plans for the b2b marketplace system. The admin can categorize suppliers into Gold, Platinum, Silver, and many more groups.
These Groups will restrict the suppliers to upload a certain amount of product to their account and can also restrict suppliers based on product quantity & time.
Admin can also provide a booster package by which vendors can increase/extend the features of existing plans.
Social Login
Dubuy also provides the social login for the buyers and sellers on the login page.
Both vendors and customers can log in through various social networking sites such as Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
