CS-Cart Upload Details add-on provides the admin/vendor with the admin/vendor to gather all the information from customers related to their requirements for product/service.
The add-on collects all the information related to the customer along with the image files and comments so that the admin/vendor can get to know easily that what the customer exactly needs.
And hence, the admin/vendor can make the required products/services available online and can enhance the overall sales by fulfilling the needs of their customers quickly.

- Install the add-on.
- Enter the license key.
- Follow the license activation steps.

Features of CS-Cart Upload Details
- Well integrated with CS-Cart, CS-Cart Multivendor, CS-Cart Multivendor-Plus, CS-Cart Multivendor ultimate.
- Admin can view, download and delete the uploaded details from the admin panel.
- Customers can view and download their uploaded details from the storefront.
- Admin can add multiple statuses for upload details, similar to the order statuses.
- Admin and Vendor can change the status of the uploaded details from their panels.
- Customers can also view and download their uploaded details from the storefront.
The flow of Installation and Configuration
After downloading the CS-Cart Upload Details add-on, you’ll get one zip file, one install.txt file, and a relevant User Guide manual doc.
Please read it carefully for proper configuration.
Go to Manage Add-ons and click on “Manual Installation” as shown below in the snapshot.
Click on “Local” to browse the zip file, and then click on “Upload & Install” as shown below in the snapshot.
Module Configuration
To configure the module, go to the Add-Ons >> Developers >> Webkul Software Pvt Ltd. >> Upload Details >> Settings.
In the general tab, you need to select the storefront for which you want to show the upload details tab.
And the status for the uploaded details that you want to show by default on the backend.

Enable per-product prescription flag: Enable prescription settings for individual products.

Enable prescription pre-upload: Allow customers to upload prescriptions before checkout.

Require prescription upload at checkout for Rx products: Require customers to upload a prescription at checkout for prescription-required products.

Checkout enforcement strictness: Set prescription upload enforcement to Mandatory.

Prescription match mode: Set prescription matching to Cart-level.

Show informational banner on cart page: Display a prescription information banner on the cart page.

Rx symbol text fallback: Enter “Rx” as the fallback text for the prescription symbol.

Rx symbol icon: Upload an Rx icon or enter its server URL.

Rx Icon Dimensions (Width × Height): Set the icon dimensions.

Allowed file formats: Specify the permitted file formats for prescription uploads.
Upload Details Statuses
Navigate to Orders >> Upload Details Statuses to manage upload statuses.
From here, you can add, delete, and manage upload statuses.

Navigate to Orders > Upload Details to view and manage uploaded details.
From here, you can view and manage prescriptions submitted by both guest users and registered customers.

Now, add the Upload Details tab on the front end.</p></p></p>
- Go to Designs > Layouts > Manage Blocks.
- Now click on the plus icon to add the block for Upload details and click on Create.

Front-End View
The Upload details tab is available on the front end.
If the customers want to upload the details regarding the requirements, they need to click on the upload details.
The following form will open and the customers can fill in all the information and submit it.
