The colleges we have covered, the students, the hosting of training and placement cell of the colleges, the process, and the team of HR-and-tech persons, everything was simply awesome!
We have visited more than 40 colleges in just 3 months and increased our headcount by more than 150. And now we are 400+ including our future Webkulites!
Talking about the process, we love to do pre-placement talk with the students and solve the addressed queries before we go with the rounds. Further, it goes to the technical rounds and then final one i.e. HR round of them who are nearly there to get selected. The efforts and cooperation of the college team in the complete interview process were really appreciable and significant. And the moment when the selected students get their letter of intent is just OMG!!! for them because nobody but only they can understand the joy of getting placed during their academic pursuits before they enter the stream of job aspirants outside the college environs.
The truth says ”You can’t afford to set back and watch” and we have put our efforts at our level best to add some more talent in our team in this way.
