    Guide for Prestashop Odoo Bridge Multi-Shop Extension

    Introduction

    Prestashop Odoo Bridge Multi-Shop Extension, an extension to connect multiple Prestashop shops with a single Odoo.

    If you are running multiple stores in a single Prestashop instance and you want to manage these multiple stores in Odoo as well, then Prestashop Odoo Bridge Multi-Shop Extension is the right product for you.

    Prestashop Odoo Bridge Multi-Shop Extension work in conjunction with Prestashop Odoo Bridge module. You need to have the Prestashop Odoo Bridge module in order to use this extension.

    1:- Option to configure, individual warehouses for each connected Prestashop shop in Odoo.

    Installation

    The module comes with two files that need to be installed at Odoo and Prestashop ends respectively.

    Odoo End Installation

    a.) Extract the file on your system after the download finishes.

    b.) Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.

    c.) Now, open the Odoo and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode. Moreover, one can also activate the developer mode by typing ‘debug’ after ‘web?’ in the URL.

    d.) Then, open the Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List’.

    e.) In the search bar, remove all the filters and search the module.

    f.) You will see the module in the search result. Click on the ‘Install’ icon to install it.

    Prestashop End Installation

    a.) To install the module on Prestashop, Go to “Module Manager” in the ‘Modules’ menu

    b.) Click on the ‘Upload a module’ icon in the top right corner.

    c.) Upload the ‘prestaerp’ module that needs to be installed at the Prestashop end.

    d.) Once uploaded, search the module in the Modules list. You will see the module in the search result. Click on the ‘Install’ icon to install it.

    WORKFLOW AND SHOP CONFIGURATION

    If you do not have shops created at the Odoo end. Please find below the steps to synchronize and map the shops between Prestashop and Odoo.

    a.) Go to “Odoo Mapping” and select the “Odoo Configuration” option.

    b.) Enable and save the “Multi Shop” feature in the OPTIONAL FEATURES settings.

    c.) Go to Odoo Mappings, and Open “Shop”.

    d.) Click On Synchronize button to synchronize Prestashop Shops to Odoo.

    If you wish to create shops at the Odoo end first and then manually map Odoo and Prestashop Shops, then please find the steps below.

    a.) To create shops at the Odoo end, Go to Ecom Odoo Bridge >> Mapping >> Odoo Shop

    b.) Click on the create option to create a new Shop.

    Manual Mapping of Shops ( Odoo and Prestashop)

    a.) Go to Odoo Mappings, and Open “Shop”.

    b.) Go to the “Manual Mapping” option. Select the Odoo and Prestashop Shops that need to be mapped and save.

    After the mapping of shops is done between Odoo and Prestashop. At the Odoo end, you will be able to identify orders coming from each shop.

    In order, details related to Shops are stored in the field “Prestashop Shop” under the “Others Info” section.
