Project Snapshot
Market Street Creatives is a US-based artisan goods marketplace dedicated to showcasing handcrafted products from independent makers.
The platform showcases home décor, accessories, artwork, and specialty items, celebrating creativity and connecting artisans with wider audiences.

Founded to give small-scale creators more visibility, the marketplace offers a fair, supportive selling space.
Blending tradition with modern ecommerce, the platform helps buyers discover unique products while supporting artisans.
Market Street Creatives aimed to build a multi-vendor marketplace enabling artisans to manage products, orders, and storefronts independently.
To address this goal, the company partnered with Adobe Commerce Marketplace Development company to utilize the marketplace solution.
Before upgrading the platform, challenges arose in managing multiple artisan vendors across different categories.
Product details, inventory updates, and orders were handled through separate channels, making it difficult to maintain consistency and efficiency.
Without a unified system, vendor onboarding was slow, and communication between sellers and buyers lacked transparency.
This made tracking product authenticity and artisan details difficult for a trust-based marketplace.
Without centralized operations, the platform struggled to scale, attract artisans, and grow sales.
The platform needed flexible e-commerce solutions to unify operations across handmade goods, artisan crafts, and specialty products.
Using Webkul’s Marketplace Multi Vendor Module for Magento 2, the brand enabled artisan vendors to register and manage their product listings.
The extension allowed independent vendors to access their own dashboards where they could showcase store details, upload products, and track performance.
From this vendor panel, sellers could register, list products, manage inventory, fulfill orders, track deliveries, and update their profiles conveniently.

Vendors can join Market Street Creatives by visiting the marketplace, selecting ‘Open a Marketplace Shop’, and submitting their details.
During customer registration, users can apply as sellers by selecting ‘YES’ under “Become a Seller/Vendor” and choosing a custom store URL.

The approval process, either manual or automatic, ensured smooth on-boarding and fast access to marketplace features.
Once approved, vendors could instantly list their artisan products and connect with interested buyers.
This flexible setup simplified marketplace operations and gave artisans greater control over their shops.
The new marketplace improved vendor onboarding speed and reduced operational delays significantly.
Artisan vendors gained better control over inventory and streamlined their product management.
Customers experienced faster access to unique artisan goods from verified local sellers.
The platform increased artisan visibility, helping small creators showcase their handmade products.
Stronger buyer–seller connections built trust and encouraged repeat purchases across the marketplace.
