INSTALLATION

1. Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.
2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- ‘wk_payment_payplug.’
3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
4. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.
5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List.’
6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘wk_payment_payplug.’
7. You will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

WORKFLOW

Let’s start the configuration of the Odoo Website Payplug Payment Gateway.

CONFIGURATION AT ODOO END

1. Move to the ‘Invoicing> Configuration> Payment Providers’ in the Odoo backend.

2. Choose the Payplug payment option from the listed payment providers.

3. Add the payment gateway details and enter the ‘Payplug Public and Secret Key’ in the ‘Credentials’ tab.

4. In the ‘Configuration’ tab, enter the display name, and select payment icons and countries. Also, enter the payment Journal for payment recording.

5. Enter all the content related to the listed scenario in the ‘Messages’ tab.

ODOO WEBSITE (FRONTEND)

6. Go to the front end, open the Shop and then the product page, and hit the ‘Add To Cart’ button.

7. Choose the Pauplug payment option on the checkout page and click the ‘Pay Now’ button. 

8. Enter the details in the Payplug Payment form and click the ‘Pay’ button.

9. Once done, it will show confirmation before redirecting you back to Odoo.

10. After redirection, you will the payment success message along with the order number.

11. Navigate to the ‘Website> Configuration> Payment Transaction’ to view all the transactions.

12. You can check the details of the payment and can check the ‘Provider’ as Payplug.
