WordPress WooCommerce Marketplace Table Rate Shipping Plugin will allow marketplace sellers to add the table rates for their products in the seller panel.
It provides an effective solution for sellers who want to offer dynamic shipping rates to their customers.
WordPress WooCommerce Marketplace Table Tate Shipping Plugin is an add-on to WordPress WooCommerce Multi-Vendor Marketplace Plugin.
To use this plugin you must install the first WordPress WooCommerce Multi-Vendor Marketplace Plugin.
We provide a production version of the plugin. If you want a development version then you can get it at an additional cost. Please contact [email protected] for it.

Features
The admin and the sellers can add shipping rates using CSV import for table rates.
Admin, as well as the sellers, can add shipping rates with the help of a CSV file. The admin and sellers need to download a sample file and prepare CSV as per the sample file.
Thereafter, the admin and sellers import the CSV file on the basis of the CSV file. The table will be filled.
Shipping rates will be populated based on the table during checkout.
Shipping rates will be populated based on the table which is prepared by the seller. A seller can also add shipping rates manually in the table.
Admin can Enable/Disable the Marketplace Table Rate Shipping Plugin.
The admin can set the status of the plugin as enable or disable in the admin panel.
Admin can enter the Shipping Title that will be displayed to the customers on the Checkout Page.
When customers are on the checkout page. Then, the shipping title that is set by the admin in the backend will get displayed to the customer under the product subtotal.
Admin can allow Global Shipping rates which may be applied globally or in a particular region.
On choosing Global Shipping, the shipping rates will be applied globally. If a particular region is chosen for Global Shipping, global shipping rates will be applied to that particular region.
Sellers can set up the Countries for which the shipping will be applicable.
Sellers will be able to set up any number of countries as per their requirements for which the Table Rate Shipping will be applicable.
Conditions while calculating shipping rates :
If there are two seller products in the cart having the same zone, then the shipping cost of both the products will be added and displayed as the total shipping cost at the time of checkout.
Now, if there are two seller products in the cart, one seller has a shipping method for his products and the other seller has not added shipping method, then the buyer can not place that order.
In the case of multiple seller products having different zones for their products in the cart, then the buyer is not able to place that order.

Installation
You will get a zip file after purchase. This zip file has two folders named “WooCommerce version 2.x.x compatible” and “WooCommerce version 3.x.x compatible” for different versions of WooCommerce.
Choose a zip file as per your WooCommerce version to upload in the Add New menu option in the WordPress Admin Panel.
For this login to WordPress Admin Panel and Under the Dashboard hover your mouse over the “Plugins” menu option which brings out a Sub-Menu and then select the “Add New” option.
After that, you will see an option on the top of your page that is “Upload Plugin”, click the option to upload the zip file.
Now, by clicking on the “Upload Plugin” option, below that you will see a button “Choose File”. Click on the button to browse for the zip file.
After browsing the file, click the “Install Now” button to install the plugin as per the snapshot.
Now when the plugin is installed correctly, you will see the success message and an option to activate the plugin. Click on “Activate Plugin” to activate the installed plugin.

Admin-end Management
After that, successful installation of the WordPress WooCommerce Marketplace Table Rate Shipping Plugin.
The admin can configure the plugin under “WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Marketplace Table Rate”.
The admin can set the configurations of Marketplace Table Rate as follows:
Enable/Disable: The admin can tick the checkbox in order to enable or disable the plugin, thus providing control over the plugin availability to the sellers.
Method Title: Admin enters the method title that will be visible to the customers at the checkout time.
Tax Status: Admin can choose the tax status as “Taxable” or “None”.
Table Rate Shipping
Once the admin sets the configurations for WordPress WooCommerce Marketplace Table Rate Shipping Plugin, the admin can configure the settings for the shipping.
It is done under the Table Rate Shipping tab as shown in the image.
Applicable priority in the admin end
The configurations of Marketplace Table Rate Shipping are set as follows:
Upload Shipping Details: The admin can add/ upload shipping rates using CSV files.
Download your Existing Shipping Rate: Admin can download their existing table rate shipping list using this button.
Zone Label: Admin adds a label for each zone that is created.
Zone Region: Choose a region from the list for which the shipping rate will be tabulated.
Select Basis: The admin can allow tabulation of shipping on the basis of either Weight, Pincode, Global Shipping and Cart Subtotal for products.
Applicable priority: The admin can set the applicable priority.
If the admin allows the Global Shipping under Select Basis, the shipping rates will be applied globally.
Also, a particular region can be chosen for Global Shipping, where global shipping rates shall apply.
Min Value & Max Value: The minimum value and the maximum value range is defined by the admin for the Weight and the Pincode. There is no such range defined for global shipping.
Price: The admin can define a price for the shipping on the basis of Weight, Pincode or for Global Shipping.
Action: If need be, the admin can remove the shipping configuration. Also, more configurations can be added by clicking on the Insert Row tab.
Sellers Shipping Rate
Under this section, admin can view the list of table rates added by the sellers. They can view the following information which are Label, Seller, Zone, Shipping Basis, Min, Max, Cost, Status & Priority.
They can also enable or disable the sellers shipping rates as per requirement one by one or in bulk as well. It is displayed as per below image,
Seller-end Management
As the admin configures the plugin, a tab named “Table Rate Shipping” will be available in the seller panel for the sellers.
On clicking the Table Rate Shipping tab in the seller panel, it is easy for the sellers to add and manage the Table Rate Shipping as shown in the image below.
Zone Label: Label to identify the Zone.
Zone Region: Here seller selects the regions within the zones.
Select Basis: Seller chooses a select basis whether he wants to create a table on the basis of Weight, Pincode, Cart Subtotal or Global Shipping.
Min Value: Minimum value of the range whether it is a Pincode or a weight.
Max Value: Maximum value of the range whether it is a Pincode or a weight.
Price: Price for the selected range.
Applicable priority:- Applicable priority can be fixed on the seller’s end
A seller can also create a table using a CSV file. For this, the seller needs to prepare a CSV file and import it. The seller can also download a sample CSV file and add the required data accordingly.

After that, by preparing a CSV file, the seller chooses a file to import into the seller panel. A seller can import a file by clicking on “Import CSV”.
When a CSV file is successfully imported a success message will be shown to the seller.
Front-end workflow
Now on Front-end, if a buyer adds multiple seller products in his cart having the same zone with different table rates.
Then the shipping cost of both the products will be added and displayed as the total shipping cost at the time of checkout. And the buyer can successfully place that order.
After that, the successful checkout, a buyer can also see the applicable Marketplace Table Rate Shipping Cost for the product purchased on the Order Received page.
If a buyer has multiple seller products in his cart, and a seller has not added the Table Rate shipping Method to his Shipping Zone, then the buyer can not place that order.
Even if the sellers having different Shipping Zones for their products, the buyer not able to place that order.
An error message will be displayed to the buyer about the unavailability of the shipping method.

Ans) You can add a shipping zone based on weight, pin code, and global shipping.
