After this, the user will see an option on the top of the page, “Upload Plugin”, and click the option to upload the zip file.

Description: The admin can add the description of the starting message.
Furthermore, the admin needs to set the layout of the frontend for the WhatsApp feature.

Icon Background color: It is the background color of the WhatsApp icon.
Heading background color: The background color of the title heading of the chat window.
Heading text color: Heading color can be chosen from here.
Chat window background color: The admin can set the background color of the chat window.
Formats and Positions: The admin can set the position of the chat icon on the front.
Extension: The admin needs to choose the both option team and availability. if the admin unchecked the team, it will not display the team name in the frontend. Same with Availability, if the admin unchecks this it will not display timing in frontend
The admin can create the members for the store end so they can revert the queries of the customers.

Member name: The member is displayed on the frontend to the customer to help them select the right person to chat with.
Contact: The contact number of a support person will enter here.
Sort order: The admin can sort the order.
Available from: This is the start time for a support person to get available for the customers.
Available to: This is the end time of the support time duration.
Country code: The admin can set the different country codes for different members so they can reach the customers accordingly.
Image: This will be the display image of a customer group.
Member type: The admin can choose the team for the member.
Availability: The admin can enable/disable the member anytime.
Once all options are complete admin can add the member to the module.
The admin needs to create the team for the store so the customer can choose the respective team according to their issue.
Furthermore, the admin can edit or delete the created team from the admin panel.
These teams will display on the front end to the customers. The customer can choose the team and proceed further with the chat.

The customer can see the WhatsApp icon on his panel when they open any product as per the following image.
When the customer taps on the Whatsapp button that will open a chat window. Where the customer can select the team and proceed further with the communication.
Once the customer chooses the member it will redirect them to the WhatsApp window.
Here, the customer can choose to continue to chat or download the option. If they choose the download option then another page will reflect with downloading process and link for mobile phones.
If the customer chooses the continue to chat then it will redirect them to WhatsApp’s another window.
Furthermore, customers can opt for WhatsApp web or mobile phone to continue the chat.
