UVdesk – WordPress Free Helpdesk Ticket System integrates the UVdesk system to your WordPress store. This add-on makes use of the UVdesk API to deliver the content using which you can streamline support requests and better serve your customers. Helpdesk builds on the definition to serve the customers by creating a powerful ticket management platform that allows you to centralize all tickets with ticket status, priority, types and much more.
Using this add-on the admin can manage all their tickets from WordPress store admin panel. Customers can also respond to tickets from the front-end of WordPress store. The updates/replies on the tickets will be instantly updated on both the platforms. That is if admin responds to a ticket using WordPress Store then the reply made will also be updated on the UVdesk. All the changes are made in real-time on both the platforms.

Installation Of UVdesk – WordPress Free Helpdesk Ticket System
The user can easily install the plugin after he has purchased it. The user will get a zip file which he has to upload in the add new plugins menu option in the WordPress admin panel. You will navigate through Plugins->Add New and click the “Add New” menu option as per the snapshot below.
Now when the plugin is installed correctly, you will see the success message and an option to activate the plugin. That is all for the installation part of the WooCommerce Marketplace PayPal Adaptive Payment.
Configuration Of UVdesk – WordPress Free Helpdesk Ticket System
After the installation is over, the admin will navigate under -> Dashboard -> Settings and click the UVDesk Settings as per the below screenshot.
Now, another page will open up where the admin needs to configure the application as per the screenshot below.
Here the admin will enter the details as under –
Access Token – You will have to create an access token from the UVdesk Site.
The admin will have to login into their UVdesk account at the website https://www.uvdesk.com/ and then navigate to “Edit Profile”. Here the admin will find the API Access Token menu option. Admin can create a new token by clicking the “Add New Token” option. Now admin will copy the token Id and then paste it in the UVdesk settings in the WordPress backend.
Admin Management Of UVdesk – WordPress Free Helpdesk Ticket System
For managing and viewing the UVdesk system, the admin has to click on UVdesk tab under Dashboard. Here admin can see all the UVdesk tickets and can view and reply back on the tickets. Admin can also delete tickets from here. Admin can also use the filters to search for any particular ticket.
Frontend – Customer Ticket Management
After login, the customers can see all the tickets that they have created. The customer can also view the ticket page by clicking on the ticket. To create a ticket the customer will click the create ticket button.
UVdesk – Synchronization
All the updates and replies made on tickets using WordPress store will be synchronized in the UVdesk account.
