In Multivendor Marketplace App for Shopify, we have introduced the much-awaited feature of INVOICE.
Now in Multivendor Marketplace app, admin and vendor both can generate an invoice from their respective ends.
Let’s have a look into the Multivendor Marketplace Invoice Feature in detail:

Admin PANEL: Multivendor Marketplace Invoice Feature
To view or generate the invoice, the admin will have to go to the orders section of the app
and click on the view button of a particular order, whose invoice needs to be generated.
And then click the generate invoice button on the top right:
The invoice can be generated in two ways:
- Admin to Seller
- Seller to Customer
And both these types of content can be edited by the Admin by visiting the invoice configuration section.
Clicking on the edit button the text on the invoice or the details on the invoice can be edited by the admin for both types of invoices.
INVOICE SETTINGS
From this section, the details can be entered and can be changed as well by admin.
For example, the fields like address, VAT number, VAT, FAX and many more will reflect in the invoice as per the details entered by Seller.
Note: From the Admin panel of Multi vendor Marketplace App invoice for Seller from Admin will get generated.
And also from the Seller panel, the invoice for Customer/buyer from Seller will get generated when clicked on Generate Invoice from the order section.
Seller Panel
Multivendor Invoice feature is available on the admin panel as well as seller panel too. Admin can generate an invoice for the vendors whereas the vendor can print the invoice for buyers.
To view or generate the invoice, the seller will have to go to the orders section of the app and click on the view button of a particular order, whose invoice needs to be generated.
And then click on the print invoice button on the top right:

Field details/values can be entered and can be changed as well by the seller from this section of the app.
For example, the fields like address, VAT number, VAT, FAX and many more will reflect in the invoice as per the details entered by Seller.
