Kindly note if the rule configuration is disabled then price & add to cart button will be hidden as per general settings.

The admin can choose to show either text, WhatsApp support button, or ask for price form on the product page. Let us understand this with the help of an example.

Suppose admin has created two rules: Rule 1 and Rule 2. In rule 1, admin has selected two products: hummingbird printed tshirt and hummingbird printed sweater.

And in rule 2, he selected two products: hummingbird printed tshirt and faded short sleeves tshirt.

In rule 1, admin wish to show text instead of price and in rule 2 WhatsApp. Now, on hummingbird printed tshirt product, text will display, as rule 1 has higher priority.

Filters allow admin to set different conditions to hide product prices and add to cart button.

general settings

Note:

  • Filters work as per three groups. In each group, filters are checked for all the conditions that are valid or not. If all the conditions are valid, then filter will be applied.
  • First group consists of date range, price range, and schedules. Second group consists of categories, manufacturers, suppliers, and specific product. Group, B2B, and customer are in third group respectively.
  • All the conditions in the group should be valid. Only then filter will be applied.
  • If anyone condition in group 2 or 3 is valid, then filter will be applied.

As per the above screenshot the ‘Hummingbird printed t-shirt’ product will be hidden for the date range 12/03/25 – 27/03/25 between 6 am – 6 pm and for the users that belong to ‘customer’ group.

Suppose the customer visits the product page on 11/03/2025.
