This gives customers a chance to figure out things by themselves. Customers can read the answers to the general question in the form of FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions). The Opencart FAQ lets admin display the framed questions and answers. This module adds an easy way to use FAQ Section to your Opencart store with jQuery powered animation.

Installation – Opencart FAQ
Installation of Opencart FAQ is simple. In the module zip file, you will find 3 folders. The folders names are admin, catalog and ocmod. You need to upload admin, catalog and ocmod folder to root directory of the website.
After that in Admin panel go to System -> Users -> Usergroup and edit ‘Administrator’. Now select all for both Access and Modify Permission and save it.

Configuration – Opencart FAQ
Once you have performed above steps you can now see the module under Extensions > Modules from here you can install and edit it.
After clicking on edit button, a new page will open up from where admin can configure the module. Admin can enable or disable the module and can set a theme for Opencart FAQ module by choosing various colors for various options.
After installing the module admin needs to set the layout for the module. Set the layout for the page on which you want to show the FAQs from Design > Layout.
FAQ Management – Opencart FAQ
Admin has to go to FAQ Menu > FAQ Category List. Here admin will see the list of all the FAQ Categories. Admin can add new category and can also edit any previously added category. If admin wants then he can also delete any category but deleting category will also delete all the questions associated with it.

Admin just has to provide the Category name and upload an image for category icon.

Admin has to go to FAQ Menu > FAQ Question List. Here admin will the list of all the added FAQ questions. Admin can add new FAQ Question and can also edit any previously added question. Admin can also delete any question if he wants.

Here admin just has to enter the FAQ Question and then its answer.
After entering the question and answer, admin has to set the status for FAQ Question as enable or disable and then has to select the FAQ category from drop-down menu where all the FAQ Categories will be displayed. The FAQ will be visible in the selected category only.
Front-end – Opencart FAQ
Customer will see FAQ on the selected pages that admin has chosen from the backend. Here the FAQ is shown on the Home Page. Customer can see all the FAQ categories which has some FAQ Questions.
Customer can click on the FAQ Category and then all the FAQ Questions associated with it are displayed.
The customer can also search for any FAQ using the search bar. Search prediction is available for the customer.
