Introduction
Odoo POS Salon & Spa Management simplifies appointment scheduling, service selection, and specialist management. It ensures smooth operations with real-time appointment tracking.
It allows users to manage walk-ins, track ongoing appointments, and process advance payments. Additionally, it prevents scheduling conflicts.
With its intuitive interface of Odoo POS Salon & Spa Management, businesses can configure displayed amenities, set commission rules, and access a calendar view for upcoming appointments.

Installation
- Once you purchase Odoo POS Salon & Spa Management module from Webkul store, you will receive a link to download module’s zip file.
- Extract the file on your system after download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- ‘wk_POS_salon_spa_management’
- Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
- Now, open Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate Developer Mode.
- Then, open Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List.’
- In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘wk_POS_salon_spa_management’.
- You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.
Workflow
Backend View
- After installing Odoo POS Salon & Spa Management, customers can configure it from the backend for spa management.

2. Next, users can configure module models using Salon Management option.

3. When Appointment section is opened, it displays all created appointments along with their status.

4. Second option is Slots. Clicking on this shows the available slots.

5. After that, there is an Amenities section. In which you can see the available amenities, and also create new amenities.

6. In Service option, users can see all services provided in the spa.

7. After selecting a service, users can enable or disable the Salon Service. If enabled, the Salon Service and Appointment Days options become visible.

8. After that Salon Products option provides a centralized view of all salon products.

9. After that, you can see Brands option. Clicking on this you will see all brands in one place.

10. After this, there is a Service Category option, in which you can see available categories and create new categories as well.

11. In Specialist section, you can see all specialists along with their details.

12. Next, you can see Experience. Clicking on it will display available experiences in salon.

13. Following this, there is a Review section, where you can view reviews given to specialists categorized by appointment number.

14. You can also add a review from backend by navigating to
Salon Management>>Appointment >> Select the appointment >> Add review.

15. The next option is Commission Configuration where you can create a new commission or manage existing ones.

16. Additionally, you can click on commission lines for more details.

Frontend View
17. In Odoo POS Salon & Spa Management , you will find multiple tabs in Main Menu.

18. Clicking on the Book Appointment tab will display a page listing all available salon categories and services.

19. Once you select your desired services, you will get to see View Slot and Clear All buttons along with Advance payment amount and Service total amount.

20. After clicking on View slot button, you will be redirected where you can book an appointment or make an advance payment booking.

21. After selecting customer and specialist click on Confirm Booking. A pop-up will appear confirming the appointment.

22. If Customer and Specialist are not selected, it will show a pop-up to select a customer and specialist.

23. You can also see Advance Payment Booking Tab on same page.

24. Clicking on Advance Payment Booking tab, you will get a payment page.

25. Once an advance payment booking is created, an appointment will be recorded in the backend.

26. Clicking on Show Appointments tab. It will display all appointments along with their status and an option to Start Service directly from there.

27. If you have a walk-in appointment so for that there is a Walk-In tab.

28. You can directly Start Service from here.

29. Once you click on start service, a pop-up will appear to Select Amenities.

30. After this, you will be redirected to payment page, where you Apply Commission, review and choose a Payment Method.

31. You will get a pop-up after clicking on Review button.

32. Running Appointment tab, will display all ongoing appointments.

33. Track All Appointments tab, opens a calendar view of all scheduled appointments.

34. Additionally, you can access Walk-in Appointment and Running Appointment tabs on all pages.

35. You can directly see services that are Reserved in main menu.
