Weber Original Store is a company based out of Salzburg, Austria, and currently sells its products all across Europe.

They have two eCommerce stores- GardeManger and MeinGrillShop on Shopware.

GardeManger and MeinGrillShop provide high-quality products for chefs and cooking enthusiasts. 

MeinGrillShop offers barbeque products whereas GardeManger offers cooking tools and chef clothing.

Also, they have their physical store in Salzburg, Austria.

Once the Weber Store started using Odoo for the POS system they saw its potential as a good ERP solution.

The first challenge was to integrate their eCommerce platform with Odoo through a reputed Odoo development company.

Odoo only allowed using already printed Gift cards or creating new ones from a POS screen.

Our team helped in setting up real-time stock sync from Odoo to Shopware. It ensures no one enacts overselling at the Point of Sale and e-commerce ends.

Our team configured out-of-the-box Odoo features and customization according to the company’s needs. It ensured their inventory data was accurate and easy to manage.

Helpdesk, CRM, and Email Marketing Setup

Tracking emails was another big problem the Weber store team came across.

Weber Shop now uses this feature for all its talks. Our team merged Odoo CRM with the helpdesk for efficient lead care.

Custom Labels and Gift Cards.

Our team helped and created custom Gift Card templates. Also, our team provided custom options for labels.

Weber Original Store uses network printers in their store. Our team integrated these printers with Odoo, allowing employees to print directly from Odoo.
