Merchant Story: FIT’ & RACK

FIT’ & RACK is a French sporting goods retailer near Lyon that sells cross-training and fitness equipment.

Its range covers racks, cages, barbells, kettlebells, gymnastics gear and recovery products for gyms, CrossFit boxes and home athletes.

The company has traded since 2015 and builds its racks and cages in France.

It sells through an online shop and a physical showroom, and the shop runs on Odoo 19, hosted on Odoo.sh.

Why FIT’ & RACK Needed Odoo Affiliate Management

The shop wanted athletes and influencers to promote its gear and earn from the sales they bring in.

That needs a clear link between each partner, the code a customer types at checkout and the order that follows.

Each partner also needed more than one promo code, and each code had its own discount.

Affiliates had to see how their codes performed, while the team needed to switch codes on and off from the backend.

Commission also had to be exact, so it had to rest on order amounts without tax.

How Webkul Built Odoo Affiliate Management for FIT’ & RACK

Webkul extended the Odoo affiliate setup so each partner holds several promo codes and every sale reaches the right affiliate.

It began with Webkul’s Odoo affiliate management module, then added custom changes for the athlete and influencer program.

As in other Odoo customization work, Webkul kept the standard module and changed only what the business needed.

Multiple Promotional Codes for Each Affiliate

An admin can give one affiliate as many promotional codes as needed.

Each code links to its own promotion or discount.

Automatic Sales Tracking at Checkout

Once a customer enters an affiliate’s code at checkout, Odoo links the purchase to that affiliate.

Staff no longer match orders to partners by hand.

Commission uses the order amount without tax, so payouts reflect the real sale value.

An Affiliate Portal for Athletes and Influencers

Affiliates sign in to the portal to see the codes assigned to them.

For each code they can check the discount, the usage count and the total sales it has brought in.

A copy button lets them paste a code straight into a post or message.

Backend Control of Every Code

In the Odoo backend, the team assigns, activates and deactivates every code.

That lets staff end a promotion the moment it is over.

Results of Odoo Affiliate Management for FIT’ & RACK

FIT’ & RACK now runs an affiliate program on Odoo 19 where each athlete or influencer holds many codes and every sale is credited.

Affiliates see their own results in the portal, and the team keeps control from the backend.

The client tested the setup and confirmed that it worked as expected.

Webkul has done similar Odoo 19 work for a French bedwetting products retailer, which moved to the same release.
