By using this, Admin can create chained custom options that are dependent on each other and apply these chained custom options on each product. by using this, On product page buyer get a dependent custom option. It is fully managed by Admin.

Installation
Now unzip the respective Magento Chained Custom Options Template Module zip you will find the app folder inside that move that app as per the screenshot.
After moving both the folder flush the cache from Magento admin module. Under system > cache management.
And now you are done your Magento Chained Custom Options Template Module has been installed.
Admin Management
After the successful installation of the Magento Chained Custom Options Template module, Admin will be able to see “Chained Custom Options Template” tab as per the below screen.
Here Admin can create new custom options for products and it looks like as per the below screen.
Now we add another custom option.
