Magento Marketplace Grouped Product allows the seller to add Grouped Products from front end.
This module is an add-on of Marketplace Module. To use this module you must have installed first Marketplace Module.

Installation
Magento Marketplace Group Product module installation is very easy. You need to move app and skin folder into magento root directory that’s it as per the screenshot.
After moving both the folder flush the cache from magento admin panel. Under System > Cache Management.
Seller Management
After the successful installation of the Magento Marketplace Group Product module, seller can easily add grouped product under Marketplace > New Products.
After selecting the Grouped product from product type list, seller can enter details of Grouped product and add new Grouped Product.
Now you have to enter all details and select associated product and save them. It will be saved as Grouped Product and you can find it in the Product list of Marketplace. It also needs to approval of admin from back-end same like all product in Marketplace.
When you will edit Grouped Product, then you will see all the selected associated product as per the below screen.
