HR Executive

Your Role in Our Journey:

As an HR Executive, you will be the heartbeat of our human resources operations, ensuring a seamless employee experience from onboarding to exit. Your contributions will help foster a positive workplace culture and support our organizational growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain and meticulously update employee records and databases to ensure data accuracy.
• Manage day-to-day HR administrative functions with efficiency and professionalism.
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, from posting job openings to onboarding new hires.
• Oversee the complete employee exit process, including conducting exit interviews and documenting feedback.
• Prepare and issue experience and relieving letters with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with IT and Admin teams to revoke system access and ensure smooth offboarding.
• Aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational development.
