INSTALLATION

1. After purchasing the module, a link will be provided to download a zip file.
2. Extract the file and a folder name ‘portal_event_management’ will be visible.
3. Copy the folder to the Odoo add-ons path.
4. Open the Odoo app, and click on settings. Then, Click on Developer Mode.
5. Now, open the Apps Menu and click on ‘Update Module List’.
6. At the search bar, remove all filters and search ‘portal_event_management’.
7. And Click on ‘Install’ for Installation of Odoo Events: All in one. Kudos!

WORKFLOW

1. Login to the Odoo and Look for ‘Events’ visible after the complete installation of Odoo Events: All in one module.

2. You can view different stages of events and now click on ‘NEW’.

3. At the ‘New’, you can create events with all the required information.

4. Users can also create pricing, various communication templates, Notes/terms, and conditions, and add banner images.

5. The Module allows the Admin to view feedback put by customers on events.

CUSTOMER

1. Customers can view and show interest in informative websites by businesses. 

2. Users can filter out events based on locations.

3. Customers can also view filtered events on a map.

4. Customers can also view Registered events on ‘My Account’ on the website.

5. There, when clicking on an event. Customers can view the location and can download the ticket as well.
