You must install this module first for the Odoo Bridge For Magento 2 MSI Extension to work.
Odoo Bridge For Magento 2 MSI Extension Installation
INSTALLATION AT THE ODOO APP END
- Unzip the download “Magento odoo bridge” zip.
- Open the folder named ‘odoo base module”.
- Copy all the subfolders named “bridge_skeleton”, and “odoo_magento_connect”.
- Paste them into your odoo addons folder
Windows/IOS
- Restart the odoo app service after the modules are pasted in the odoo addons folder.
LINUX
- Set ownership permission for the addon folder.
- Restart odoo app server
- Enable developer mode in the odoo app.
- Click on ”Update apps lists”.
- Proceed with the installation.
- The “Magento odoo bridge” tab will be visible.
INSTALLATION AT MAGENTO 2 END
1) Odoo Bridge For Magento 2 MSI Extension is a package of two modules, one for Magento and another for the Odoo app.
2) Now, extract the file you received. You will get two folders: Inside the Magento folder, there is a base module.
Base module: Generally, it is in the main module that contains two folders named src and Odoo app modules. Open the src folder and copy all folders/files of this folder into the Main Magento directory.
3) Now, go to the terminal and open the Magento root directory, and then run the following command:
php -f bin/magento setup: upgrade
➢ Then do index management by running the below command on the terminal:
php -f bin/magento setup:di: compile
➢ This cmd needs to run after the upgrade and before reindexing Then run the below command on the terminal:
php bin/magento indexer: reindex
➢ Then do cache management by running the below command on the terminal,
php bin/magento cache: clear
Or you can go through the below path ‘System >> Tools >> Cache Management’
Workflow
1. Making New source
To Add a new source, you need to open the ‘Store’ tab. Enter the general, contact and address information.
click on ‘Save and continue’ to save the New source.
Magento end >> Stores >> sources >> Add new source >> Fill in all relevant information >> ‘save and continue’.

2. Add a new stock
To proceed, locate the “Stocks” option within the tab where you found “Sources.” Assign the Name, sales channel, and sources,
After filling in all the data click “Save & Continue.”

3. Mapping
Now Navigate to ‘Sources’ within Odoo Connector 4.4.1, and click on “Manual Source Mapping”.

Assign Odoo warehouse and Odoo location to each source code, and click “Save Source.” This option allows you to specify which source will be associated with which Odoo warehouse and Odoo location.

4. Create a New Product
To create a new product, select “Product” from the catalog menu.
Fill in all the product details, assign the sources where the product will be available, specify the initial quantity in that particular warehouse, and click “Save”.

5. Synchronize Product
Select the product you wish to export. Then, select the option “Synchronize to Odoo” in the action tab. Selected products will be exported to Odoo.
Synchronize all the selected products from Magento to Odoo end with just a single click from this section of the app.

Now, you will see the total on-hand stock, which combines the stock counts from all warehouses on the Odoo end, regardless of individual warehouse counts.
