PrestaShop Abandoned Cart Reminder: Fed up of losing sales constantly due to products being left in the cart and not being purchased by the customers.

The modules helps you send email reminders to your customer about the abandoned products in their cart which helps in increasing the sales.
PrestaShop Abandoned Cart Reminder is a must have extension if you want to increase your sales by converting those abandoned cart of customers and reminding them about the same.
Note: PrestaShop Abandoned Cart Reminder module is compatible with PrestaShop version 8.x.x and multi-store feature.
Features of PrestaShop Abandoned Cart Reminder

How to Install PrestaShop Abandoned Cart Reminder
- Firstly, go to the module manager in the back office and click on ‘upload a module’.
- After that, drag and drop the module file or select the file from the system.
- In this way, the module installation will be successful.
Module Configuration
After the successful installation of the module, the admin needs to configure it.
Under configuration, the admin can:
- Choose to send reminder emails to customers who have subscribed to newsletter.
- Set the time after which the cart will abandon.
- Choose to send the reminder emails for carts that customers have abandon for a specified number of days.
Manage Abandoned Cart
Under “Abandoned Cart” tab, the admin can view a list of abandoned carts and reminders sent for these carts.
On clicking the reminder button, the admin can view the number of reminders sent to the customer for an abandoned cart. Also, you can view on which reminder the customer has opened the email or clicked on the checkout button.
Manage Cart Reminder
Click on ‘Set cart reminder’ button to add a cart reminder.
Admin can add two types of reminders:
- Global Reminder
- Particular Reminder
Adding a global reminder
A global cart reminder works for all the abandoned carts and is sent to the customers for abandoned carts automatically through cron. The admin can add only one global cart reminder.
The admin can add the details like mail template title, subject, description in multiple languages.
Also, the admin can associate a voucher with the cart reminder which a customer will receive in the reminder email.
Note: If amount is selected in ”voucher type’ field, then you can set amount with either Inclusive or Exclusive of tax.
Once saved, the admin can view it under ‘Manage Cart Reminder’.
In a similar way, the admin can add a particular reminder and send it to the customers for their abandoned carts manually.
Also, once the admin has created a global reminder, he won’t be able to create it again. A message for the same will display while adding a particular reminder.
Cart Reminder Frequency
Under “Cart Reminder Frequency”, the admin can create reminders by adding the day(s) and time after which the reminder email is sent to the customers for their abandoned carts. By default, two cart reminder frequency are available in the module. You can edit the reminder details as per your requirement.
These cart reminders are sent automatically through cron.
Click on Add frequency button to add a new cart reminder frequency.
Mail Template
Under “Mail Template” tab, the admin can create mail templates and assign them to the cart reminders.
In this way, admin can easily create reminders for abandoned cart & can even send a reminder mail to the customers.

Once you purchase the module and install it on your PrestaShop, you can easily translate the module in any desired language given that the required language is already installed.
To translate the module into any language you need to follow the steps-
1. Go to localization->translation.
2. In the “Modify translations”, Choose ‘installed module translation’ in the type of translation.
3. Select your language.
4. Click the “Modify” button.
