    Odoo Website Notes on Order

    Odoo website notes on order module allow your customer to add a note or a message with the order. It helps them to convey their message regarding the order placed online. This module helps you to conveniently receive message or notes on order from your customers. Usually, when you order online, there is no option for a customer to convey his requirement and likewise no option for a sales person to help out the customer in choosing customer’s requirement. So using this module customer can convey their message regarding the order easily as this module allows them to post a comment or add notes to the order.

    • Notes can be added to a sales order from the back panel of odoo.
    • Message can be read under quotation.
    • Notes can be seen under stock picking.
    • While invoicing also message can be read.

    Workflow

    Website view to add a message for internal reference.

    Admin can read or check message under quotation.

    Message can be seen under sales order.

    User can read notes while order stock picking.

    Notes for internal reference can be read while invoicing too.
