Odoo Marketplace Google Shop allows you to sync your Odoo marketplace with Google Shop so you can list all of your products on it. Google Shop is an ideal solution for you because it helps increase the chances of conversion, which is beneficial for your business.
Moreover, you can add and manage all the product categories available in your Odoo marketplace on the Google Shop.

INSTALLATION
- Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.
- Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- ‘marketplace_google_shop.’
- Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
- Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.
- Then, open the Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List.’
- In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘marketplace_google_shop.’
- You will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.
WORKFLOW CONFIGURATION
ODOO BACKEND CONFIGURATION
1. To begin with, Log in to your Odoo Backend and go to ‘Google Shop.’ On the homepage, click the ‘Create’ button.
2. Now fill in the ‘Basic Details’ and ‘Product Configuration’ details. Moreover, you need to configure ‘Account’ and ‘Field Mapping,’ separately.
3. For configuring ‘Account,’ click the arrow next to the box and fill in all the details in the popup. Once done, click the ‘Save’ button.
4. For configuring ‘Field Mapping’ click the arrow next to it to open a popup window. In that window, write the name of the mapping and tick the boxes next to the settings you want to apply. After selecting, click the ‘Save’ button to save the changes.
5. To view all the mapped products, click ‘Mapping> Product Mapping.’ Also, you can view their details by clicking and opening any of them.
6. From the ‘Mapping’ menu, choose ‘Field Mapping’ to configure or change the preset field mapping.
7. Next, go to ‘Settings> Configuration’ to enter your email so the system can notify you when the token expires.
8. After that, go to ‘Settings> Account’ to configure or change the account settings.
Note: You can configure the account settings before creating the basic marketplace settings of Odoo Marketplace Google Shop.
9. Next, go to ‘Settings> Google Fields’ to create Google fields for ‘Field Mapping.’
GOOGLE SHOP CONFIGURATION
10. Log in to your ‘Google Merchant Center Account’ and start configuring your Odoo Marketplace by entering your ‘Website URL.’ Once done, click the ‘Save’ button and proceed to all the other details as asked by Google.
11. After that, go to ‘Client ID for Web Application’ for generating the ‘API Key’ required to sync the ‘Odoo Marketplace’ and create ‘Token’ in the Odoo backend.
12. Once done, you have successfully configured the module in the Odoo backend. You can now use it effortlessly.
