What Challenges Did Arkan Face?

Arkan encountered challenges in expanding its market presence, so by using Multi-Channel Sales strategies, the company increased its revenue.

To maintain competitive pricing and support platform growth, Arkan sought a fully functional online multi-vendor marketplace.

To address their needs, Arkan contacted Webkul to hire Magento Developers certified for creating a solution.

This case study will examine how Arkan leveraged Webkul’s complete solution to address their challenges.

Solution:

Magento 2 Multi Vendor Marketplace

Magento 2 Multi Vendor Marketplace extension delivered Arkan an efficient solution for overseeing multiple sellers on its platform.

This extension includes a dedicated vendor dashboard, enabling sellers to present their store details effectively.

Sellers can now register, manage product listings, inventory, orders, and shipments, as well as personalize their seller profile page.

Arkan become a seller

Users can create a customer account and then request a vendor account by selecting “Become a Seller” and setting up a unique store URL.

Arkan pending seller request

The seller request is sent to the Arkan store admin for approval. Once approved, the customer will gain access to all vendor functionalities in the store.

The admin can approve vendors and products automatically or manually, ensuring quality control, and can also include seller memberships.

The sellers can list and publish different types of products as needed for customers. The below image shows a product sold by seller ‘Jano Kit’.
