What you will do here?

• Experience in handling software development-based tenders exclusively..
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for government clients in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, PSUs, consultants, and smart city SPVs to track upcoming projects.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements, including EMD, prequalification, technical specs, and eligibility.
• Monitor competitors, pricing trends, and successful bid strategies to enhance proposals.
• Track tender progress, participate in pre-bid meetings, handle clarifications, and manage award onboarding.
• Maintain records of tender activities; generate reports on win/loss rates, market trends, and competitive insights.
• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and attention to detail skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; experienced in managing multiple deadline-driven projects.
• Specialized in working with companies handling government tenders.
