Lead the Charge as a Technical Lead!
As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you'll be more than just a technical expert – you'll be a visionary.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Lead Salesforce solution design, development, and deployment, focusing on best practices for architecture, scalability, and security.
- Oversee all technical aspects from requirements to deployment, including integration, testing, and performance.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Salesforce developers, conducting code reviews, setting development standards, and ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
- Architect and build custom Salesforce apps using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and other tools.
- Implement Salesforce integrations with third-party systems via REST, SOAP, and Mulesoft.
- Manage and optimize Salesforce environments for performance, security, and user experience.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and platform enhancements, recommending updates and innovations to keep systems at the cutting edge.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps practices, including continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), ensuring smooth and efficient code management processes.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering growth, best practices, and problem-solving skills.

What You Bring to the Table:
- 5+ years in Salesforce development and leadership with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and integrations.
- Proven success in architecting scalable, secure Salesforce solutions.
- Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and platform features.
- Extensive experience with API tools like REST, SOAP, and Mulesoft.
- Strong leadership, resource management, and delivery skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Platform Developer II are preferred.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and agile practices.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with global teams.
