Key Responsibilities:
1. Install, configure, and maintain Linux, Windows, and Mac operating systems and related software.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Linux-based solutions.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
4. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of Linux-based infrastructure.
5. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure proper system security.
Preferred Skills:
- Linux, Hardware & Networking
- DNS, DHCP
- Mail configuration in Thunderbird/Outlook and other mail clients
- LDAP, IPtables
- RAID & LVM configuration
- Network & hardware troubleshooting
- Router/Wi-Fi AP configuration
- Certifications (Preferred): RHCSA / RHCE / CCNA (added advantage)
