Here, we will discuss the process of setting up SFRA in Salesforce B2C Commerce.

Salesforce Commerce is a well-known platform for running e-commerce sites. Salesforce B2C Commerce supports three ways to run your e-commerce. The first method is SiteGenesis, the second method is SFRA, and the third method is the PWA kit. 

However, we can use its Headless architecture to create Mobile Applications. Among these options, SiteGenesis is the old architecture and is not preferable. SFRA and PWA Kit are the most commonly used architectures.

How Many Ways Are There To Set up SFRA In Salesforce B2C Commerce?

There are two ways to do this:

  1. The first one is using the site import option provided by the business manager. 
  2. The second one is to Set up SFRA in Salesforce B2C Commerce using a GitHub repository.

Let’s Jump to the first method

  1. Log in to your Salesforce Commerce Cloud business manager. 
  2. Go to the administration and find the Site Import and Export section under Site Development.
  3. Click to open the page. 
  4. Then in the import section, select Storefront Reference Architecture Demo Sites
  5. Click on the import button. 
  6. There are several options available, but for now, we will continue with the Storefront Reference Architecture base. 
  7. Select this option and click on Deploy. 
  8. This will start deploying SFRA sites with dummy data. 
  9. You can track the progress in the status section. 
  10. It may take a few minutes to complete the whole process. 
  11. After completion, you can check the site as it is live now.
