Introduction

Think of a situation where a customer owns a business and he wants to expand your business by offering some new products. More precisely, Customer can expand your business by providing some modifications or an entirely new product. In addition, customers have a privilege to create a custom request for any product by simply filling custom product request form along with its image or file etc can be attached with the form. Moreover, the customer will receive the approval and cancellation mail automatically.

Workflow

Website View

The initial step is to generate the product requisition for a specific product. To generate the product requisition, simply click on “Request Product” button and fill all the relevant details like Product Name, Quantity, Description, Image.

A notification will rise after requesting the product.

In order to see all the requisition made by the customer, simply click on “My Requisition” button.

Admin View

Generally, the admin has all the rights. After getting the “Product Requisition”, admin can approve the “Request for Product” by clicking on “Approve” button.

The status of the request has been chnaged to approved from draft.

Create Product

Admin has the right to create the product. Simply, click on “Create Product” button to create product of the request.

A pop will arise in front of you asking you all the relevant details like Name, Type and Product Description and click on “Create”.

Cancellation of a product

In case the admin wants to cancel the request, he can simply click on the button “Cancel Product” which is next to the “Approve” button. Mention reason for the cancellation of the product an click on “Submit”.

A pop-up will arise stating that you request has been canceled successfully.

The gist of the module

Product requisition is the request made to the purchasing department in order to purchase some lists of materials. Usually, this formal document works within the organization and needs approval from the purchasing department of the organization. E-commerce New Product Requisition is a module which allows the customer to create product requisition in order to procure certain lists of material.
