1. Once you purchase the App from the Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.
2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- ‘odoo_ai_business_card_scan_app’.
3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
4. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.
5. Then, open the AI Business Card Reader App Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List’.
6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘odoo_ai_business_card_scan_app’.
7. You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

1. Once the Odoo AI Business Card Reader App is installed, open the camera within the app on your smartphone and scan the business card. 

2. Contact Form will occur on the screen after scanning the card, here you can Create Contact, Save, or  Send to Odoo. 

3. Create a business card template enable auto evaluate and select whether to save the contact as a Lead or Partner.

4. The contact that you saved will be shown here in the “Business Card Feed”

5. You can view the details of any saved contact directly within the system

6. List view of the sales pipeline, allowing for in-depth analysis and tracking of sales progress

7. In the sales pipeline, you can access details for each lead, including expected revenue, contact information, and other relevant data.
