Introducing our Product bulk edit feature for the Multi-vendor Marketplace app!
This feature allows both admins and sellers to Edit up to 50 products simultaneously, streamlining changes to product details such as price, quantity, SKU, etc.
It also supports managing inventory across multiple locations, enhancing efficiency and control in your marketplace.
Features:-
Admin and Seller can Edit their product in bulk.
The price of the product can also be edited in Bulk.
In the Multivendor app, the admin and the seller can also bulk edit the Product name, tag, and product type.
Bulk edit the quantity, barcode, SKU, weight, compare price, etc.
How to Bulk Edit?
On Admin End
The admin needs to navigate to Product >> Products Listing in the multivendor Marketplace app’s admin panel. As mentioned in the image below.
Admin will be redirected to the All Product page. Select the Product and Click on Bulk Edit from the More Action. As mentioned in the image below.
Note:- Admin can select a maximum of 50 products at a time to bulk edit.
The Admin will see all the product Columns and Edit them. As mentioned in the image below.
Admin can add or remove columns based on their needs. To do this, the admin needs to click on “Add Column” to access a list of available columns. As mentioned in the image below.
The Product ID cannot be edited, as it is a unique identifier assigned to each product.
Bulk Product Price Edit:
Admin can edit the price of the Product variants in bulk, the Admin needs to click on the price column for that particular variant.
And replace them with updated details. when the Admin changes the price the sales price changes accordingly As mentioned in the below image.
To visible sales price & handling charge, the Admin needs to on a configuration Display sales Price on the Product.
Click on the checkbox handling charge from Admin panel >> configuration >> Product configuration. As mentioned in the below image.
Quantity Bulk Edit
Admin can bulk edit the Quantity of the product variant, by clicking on the Quantity column for a particular variant. And replace them with updated details.
To update the quantity, you must first click on the checkbox to track inventory.
Admin can manage their inventory, as they are using one or more than one location. To manage multi-location inventory, the admin needs to enable our featured app called Multi-location Inventory.
Once you enable the Multi-location inventory featured and add location.
Then added location will be visible when you click on the arrow in the Quantity column, and the admin can manage their inventory from there. As mentioned in the image below.
Admin can also bulk edit SKU, Product tag, Product type, Compare price, Bar code, Weight, Require shipping, and charge tax. As mentioned in the image below.
Once all updates are done, click on the Save button.
Bulk edit “Currency Price” & “Compare Currency Price” columns
The admin must enable the currency setting. To do this, navigate to: Admin Dashboard > Configuration > Seller Currencies > Enable, as illustrated in the image below.
On Seller End
The Seller needs to navigate to the Product >> Product Listing in the Seller panel of the multivendor Marketplace app.
Seller will be redirected to the All Product page. Then select the Product that the Seller wants to bulk edit and Click on the Bulk Edit from the More Action. As mentioned in the image below.
Note:- Seller can edit a maximum of 50 products at a time.
The seller can see all the product Columns and Edit them accordingly. As mentioned in the image below.

Bulk edit “Currency Price” & “Compare Currency Price” columns
Sellers can update currency prices in bulk.
To do this, click on the Currency Price column for the specific product and replace it with the updated details.
Then, select the checkbox for Compare Currency Price, as shown in the image below.
Custom FIled Bulk Edit:
Now Admin and Sellers can update Custom Filed in bulk.
To do this, click on the Custom Field column for the specific product and replace it with the updated details.
Once all updates are done, click on the Save button.
