User Guide for CS-Cart Order Status Tracker

CS-Cart Order Status Tracker allows customers at your CS-Cart or Multi-Vendor store to check the status of their orders in a graphical and interactive manner.

This add-on enables customers to quickly and conveniently track their order status directly on the order details page through an engaging and interactive interface.

The tracker offers three unique infographic designs, providing a visually appealing and user-friendly experience.

To install CS-Cart Order Status Tracker, follow these steps:

Go to Manage Add-ons, click on the gear drop-down, and select Manual Installation.

manual installationClick Local, browse and select the ZIP file, then click Upload & Install as shown below.

CS-Cart Order Status Tracker Configuration

After the add-on installation, click on Order Status Tracker for settings to configure the add-on as shown below.

In the add-on settings, there is an option to choose the desired template from the 3 available in the list. The provided templates are:

  1. Map Template
  2. Linear Template One
  3. Linear Template Two

Template preview is also available in these settings along with the template. So just select the desired template and save.

View At Admin End

Navigate to Website-> Order Status Tracker as shown below.

Admin can add the custom order processing & tracking states. All the added states along with their positions on the tracker, will be listed here.

A maximum of 6 states can be added. Admin can edit or delete these states at any times. Click on the + button to add a new state as shown below.

Now, you need to enter some details, which include:

  1. Name of the state which will be visible on the tracker.
  2. The position of the state in the tracking template. You can enter the numeric value here.
  3. Description of this state is just for the admin’s reference.
  4. Order Status – Select the order status on which this custom state will be activated. You can select multiple statuses for one state.
  5. If any of the order statuses match this status, then this state will be activated on the tracker viewable at the frontend.
  6. The last option is to set the icon of this state. You can add two different icon images for the active and disabled state separately.

Just enter the details and click on the Create button provided to create this state.

Front End View

The customer will now be able to view an interactive tracker on the order details page. The template set at the admin end will be visible to the customer accordingly.
