Note: To use this add-on, the merchant simply needs to set up an Aramex account and configure all the required details.

Installation
After downloading the CS-Cart Aramex Connect Shipping add-on, you’ll get one zip file, one install.txt file, and a relevant User Guide manual doc. Read it carefully for proper configuration.
Go to Manage Add-ons, and click on “Manual Installation” as shown below in the snapshot.

Click on “Local” to browse the zip file, and then click on “Upload & Install” as shown below in the snapshot.

Add-on Configuration
After installing the add-on, you will find CS-Cart Aramex Connect Shipping in the list of available add-ons.
Click on “Settings” to enable, disable, install, or refresh. Ensure you activate the add-on, as shown in the snapshot below.

Module Configuration | Admin
To configure the module, go to the Add-Ons >> Developers >> Webkul Software Pvt Ltd. >> Aramex Connect Shipping Method >> Settings, as shown in the snapshot below.

Admin Creates New Shipping Method
To add a new shipping method, navigate to Settings >> Shipping Methods >> “+” icon >> Create Shipping Method.

Admin configures the shipping method by filling in the necessary details under the Information section, as illustrated in the snapshot below.

- Rate Calculation – Select how the system will calculate shipping rates (e.g., real-time or fixed).
- Shipping Service – Choose the specific Aramex service to offer (e.g., Express, Ground).
- Name – Enter the display name for the shipping method as seen by customers.
- Status – Enable or disable the shipping method for your store.
- Icon – Upload an icon or logo to visually represent the shipping method at checkout.
- Delivery Time – Specify the estimated delivery time customers can expect for the service.

- Description – Add a short description to inform customers about the shipping method details.
The admin fills in the required details in the Availability section, including:
- User Groups – Select the user groups that can access this shipping method.
- Owner – Specify the vendor or admin who owns this shipping method configuration.
- Weight Limit – Set the maximum allowable weight for using this shipping option.
- Use for all new vendors – Enable this option to apply the shipping method automatically to all newly registered vendors.
Admin fills in the Account details to configure the module as shown in the snapshot below.

In the Configure section, the admin needs to configure the Aramex account details as shown in the snapshot below.
- Package Length – Specify the length of the shipment package in centimeters or inches.
- Package Width – Enter the width of the shipment package for accurate shipping rates.
- Package Height – Provide the height of the package to calculate shipping dimensions correctly.
- Client ID – Provide your Aramex account’s Client ID for API authentication.
- Secret – Enter the secret key linked to your Aramex Client ID for secure integration.
- Country Code – Add the two-letter country code from where the shipment originates.
- Mode: Test or Live, depending on the setup stage.
Test Rate Calculation Setup By Admin
In addition, the admin configures shipping rates based on the weight (kg) of the order, and the system displays the estimated delivery time (in days).
As a result, this enables more precise and flexible rate calculations that accurately reflect the actual shipping costs.
Furthermore, the admin can easily manage settings directly from the panel, as demonstrated in the snapshot below.

To begin with, the customer adds the product to the cart, as demonstrated in the snapshot below.

Consequently, CS-Cart Aramex Connect Shipping calculates the shipping cost, as shown in the snapshot below.

Subsequently, after the customer places an order, the system directs them to the checkout page, as shown in the snapshot below.

Updated Shipping Cost Calculation
The system calculates the shipping cost based on the product’s weight and configuration when the customer adds a product to the cart.
- The shipping cost appears on the cart page.
- The system automatically updates the shipping cost when the customer adds more items to the cart.
Note: The system allows a maximum of 25 kg per package and splits the order into multiple packages if the total weight exceeds this limit.
