After the installation of the module There will be a separate login and signup form for b2b marketplace sellers as per the screenshots.
As you can see seller or partner will have separate seller login form as well as seller signup form.
Admin can create signup form and add any number of input fields like dropdown, browse button multi select and many more as per the screenshot.
B2B marketplace seller Dashboard/panel management
After the successful seller login seller will be able to see the b2b marketplace block under his account from where seller can manage product and do conversation with admin also he/ she can upload bulk product uploads.
As you can see many option like product upload bulk upload etc. Here is the complete view of seller / partner.
Seller will be able to add the product individually or seller can add the product in bulk using CSV with images as per the screenshot.
Seller can choose multiple category from tree menu and can add as many images and also select base, thumbnail and small Image as per their requirement.
All the input fields are validated and SKU are properly ajax validated.
Seller can able to see added product by him. He can also edit or delete those products.
For editing click on edit button after that a page open where seller can edit his product as per screenshot.
Here Seller will have their sales dashboard to manage sales. Seller can see Latest order and its status, Latest Review / Comment and its status .Seller can track the record through interactive graph map.By dashboard seller can also ask question to Admin.
Here Seller can able to order detail of his product.
Seller can upload product in Bulk and waiting for Admin Approval.
Module enable this feature by which seller and admin can communicate to each other.
Module can help customer to quote for a product. Seller can approve the quote and do conversation with admin regarding the customer quote.
The Quote have 4 Status:
1. Approved- If quote approve by both admin and seller.
2. Pending- If either admin or seller , both admin and seller didn’t approve the quote.
3. Sold- If the quoted product has been purchased.
4. Decline- If quote is decline by seller.
View Conversation– Here seller can do conversation with admin regarding the quote if quote is approved.
Edit– Here Seller can edit the quote quantity and price, approve the quote and do the conversation with admin.
This is all about at Seller End. Let’s explain buyer role.
The Buyer can apply for RMA return and add quote.Both the links are visible at buyer My Account section of magento user account as per screenshot.
Here buyer can request for new RMA, View RMA or Cancel RMA.
Request New RMA
Buyer can create a new RMA request based on his order.
Seller can enter his RMA information for the order.
In this bulk order quote button will display in front of product page as per screenshot.
On Clicking “Quote This Product”, buyer can enter the bulk order amount and price.
After submitting the quote buyer can see the quote added by him in my account section where he can edit, delete it and do conversation as well.
After the approval of Quote buyer can see add to cart button for his bulk order quote.
After placing the order that particular quote will be sold.
Here buyer can do conversation with Admin.
This is all about Buyer Role.
In Admin you will be able to see the configuration panel under system > configuration as per screenshot.
In this tab you can see many admin config parameters, we are going to explain every config parameters one by one.
Percent per product sale- percent % per product sale is the global commission which seller need to enter , this commission mechanism will be applicable for all the sellers . lets say as an example there is a seller S1 and his/her product (P1)price is 100 USD so on the sale of product P1 seller will get 80 USD and admin will get 20 USD as commission.
Product Approval Required- Product Approval Required by this option admin can restrict automatic approval of the product . e.g if seller add a product every time product will be moderated by admin , store owner can set YES or NO ..
Admin Email id- Admin need to enter his email id.
Attribute Set ID- Attribute Set ID is the attribute set ID for your global catalog by default this is Default that’s why in screenshot it is showing as default. Admin can select attribute set from drop-down.
Product Status- In this when admin disable the partner, then what was the status of partner product.
Enter Return Policy Description- In this tab admin need to enter the return policy which was shown up at buyer end.
Enter Minimum Quanity to be Added in Cart- Enter the number of product which must be added in Cart or minimum quantity required to quote for particular product.
Now, admin will able to see new admin menu “B2B Market Place” as per the below screen.
As you can see there are two menus under B2B Market Place. Let’s explain each menu one by one.
In this there are few more sub menus as per screenshot.
This menu is responsible for seller product management if from B2B Market Place configuration panel (system > configuration > webkul) product approval is required then in this case every product added by seller need to be approved by admin. Product approval will happen from manage product menu as per the screenshot.
As you can see there is a preview button which will show the preview screen for product added by seller as per the image.
This menu is responsible for bulk product approval of partner as per the screenshot.
This menu is responsible for seller management. In this case every seller need to be approved by admin as per the screenshot.
Manage commission menu is responsible for all the commission management despite of global commission there is an individual seller commission by which admin can set different different commission for different different sellers.
Under this screen there are some terms need to explain.
Pay action Pay action in grid will clear the payment for that particular seller lets say Seller S1 have a remaining amount 100 USD then after the pay button has been clicked that’s mean seller have already send the payment now he / she is going to clear it (no actual payment with any payment gateway will happen here this link is for calculation only).
under drop down the action is same as per grid but it can be applied for multiple seller.
Commission This column is for per seller commission display.
Manage Product Attributes menu is responsible for showing / Hiding custom attribute in front end.
Manage Partner Attributes Menu is responsible for showing custom fields in partner account.

As per the above screenshot you can see many parameters for Partner Attribute, we are going to explain every parameters one by one.
Field Label- In label you need to give the name of Partner attribute which will show in front.
Name- Input field name.
Type- There are many type of Partner Attribute field like
- input box
- multi select
- image browse
- text area
- radio button
as per screenshot.
Set Order-set order is for order of partner attribute in which you want to see.
Value Required-to make partner attribute required or not.
Status-status is for enable or disable the partner attribute.
admin can edit, change status or delete the partner attribute.
All Conversation menu is responsible for showing all conversation with partner and admin as per screenshot.
On Clicking “Show Conversation” conversation grid opens.
View Quote menu is responsible for showing all bulk quote added by buyer. Admin can approve, unapprove, do conversation with partner as well as buyer.

i. All RMA – All RMA menu is responsible for showing all RMA added by buyer.In this admin can manage and communicate with buyer regarding the particular order.
