User Guide for White Label CRM

White Label CRM provides companies with a comprehensive CRM platform that can be fully rebranded to meet their specific needs.

This solution is self-hosted, providing total control over your data while enabling effortless white label branding.

You can personalize logos, themes, and workflows to align with your brand identity. With adaptable pricing options, you can establish your own rates and create customized packages.

Administrators can modify the menu by adjusting items, changing colors, and overseeing the ‘Powered By’ section.

To Install White Label CRM, execute these commands below, in order

composer create-project

Find .env file in root directory and change the APP_URL param to your domain.

Also, Configure the Mail and Database parameters inside .env file.

php artisan krayin-crm:install

To execute White Label CRM:

On server:

Warning: Before going into production mode we recommend you uninstall developer dependencies. In order to do that, run the command below:

composer install --no-dev

Open the specified entry point in your hosts file in your browser or make an entry in hosts file if not done.

On local:

php artisan route:clear

php artisan serve

Once the White Label CRM is installed, Admin proceeds to configure the CRM. They navigate to Configuration section as per below image,

Next, they to setup the CRM as per their requirement, they get two options which are General and Settings. Let’s check them below,

General

Under this option, admin gets the option to set the Locale and Admin Logo. It is displayed as per below image,

The below settings are available under this section,

• Locale Settings – Defines the language used in the user interface, such as Arabic (ar), English (en), Spanish (es), Persian(fa) and Turkish (tr).
• Admin Logo – Configure the Logo for your admin panel.

Settings

Under the Settings section, users get the option to configure the Powered By Section and Menu Items.

• Powered By Section – Enter the Text for your Powered By Section here.
• Menu Items – Set the names of Menu Items as per requirement.

Menu Item Color Configurations

User can also set the color of the menu items from the Menu Item Color Configuration section.
