Overview
Store Vacation Mode for Wix online stores allows admin to temporarily pause their online store operations, typically while they are away or unable to fulfill orders.
This feature prevents customers from placing new orders.
It is a helpful app for managing your business during periods of unavailability, such as holidays, emergencies, or periods of high order volume.
App Setup :
After installing the application, Go to Dashboard.
Here you will see the option to set your vacation period.
Add a site banner announcement option and a Block checkout option.

From the Vacation Mode setup, the admin can directly go to the site widget for settings.

Clicking on the Site Widget admin can set the Theme, Content, Layout, and Animation Position for the vacation mode banner.

Theme :
Admin can select the banner theme as shown below –

Admin can add an image URL for the background image.

In Layout, the max width, Banner Min Height, Space Between Elements, Corner Radius, Image Corner Radius, Banner Text, Text Align, etc, can be set.

Animation :
Under animation, the admin can select different types of animations for the banner as shown below –


Position :
Admin can add the position of the banner from here to display on pages.

Next, the Site Banner.
You need to go to the Site Banner option as shown below and select the option if you want to show the banner on all the pages or only at the homepage.

Next, Store Checkout.
You need to go to the Store Checkout Option, where you can add a checkout warning or disable the checkout during your vacation time.

Preview :
Admin can preview the banner image by clicking the preview button.
