Introduction
Odoo ShipStation V2 Shipping Integration connects Odoo with the ShipStation V2 API for complete shipping management.
This module allows you to get real-time shipping rates, create shipments.
You can also generate labels, track deliveries, and manage returns directly inside Odoo.

Installation
- Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive a link to download module’s zip file.
- Extract the file on your system after download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- ‘shipstation_v2_shipping_integration’.
- Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
- Now, open Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate Developer Mode.
- Then, open Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List.’
- In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘shipstation_v2_shipping_integration‘.
- You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on ‘Activate’ to install it.
Workflow
Configuration of Odoo Shipstation V2 Shipping Integration
1. Open Inventory, then go to Configuration, then Select Delivery Method and create a new delivery carrier for Shipstation V2. Enter the Shipstation API key .

2. Next, open the Extra tab inside the ShipStation V2 delivery method.
Then set the Carrier and Services, Default Weight, Product UoM, and Label Format. Finally, enable Void Shipment and International Shipping if required.

3. Next, open a Sales Order. Then click Add Shipping Method. After that, choose ShipStation V2 Shipping and click Get Rate to fetch the shipping cost.

4. Next, click Select on the carrier service that best matches your delivery requirement.

5. After that, the system displays the carrier name, service type, total shipping cost, and other shipping details for easy reference.
Then review the information and confirm the Sales Order to proceed.

6 Next, click the Delivery button to process the order.

7. Then click “Put in Package” in the delivery order to create a package.

8. Next, the system shows the Delivery Order after selecting ShipStation V2 as the shipping carrier.
Then review the shipping details, package weight, and tracking section. Finally, click Validate to proceed with shipment creation.

9.Finally, view the generated shipping label in the chatter section, which displays the order details.
The tracking reference number and a Tracking button are also available for easy shipment tracking.

10. Open the ShipStation Data tab to view synced shipment details such as Rate ID, Shipment ID, service type, and shipping amount.
You can also check the tracking URL and download the ShipStation label once the shipment status is updated to Done.

11. The cancel button is also visible just in case you want to cancel the shipment.

12.Click on the Return button in the Delivery Order to open the return window and select the products to be returned.
Confirm the quantity and choose Return, Return All, or Return for Exchange to process the return shipment.

13. This screen shows the generated Return Receipt (WH/IN) created from the original Delivery Order.
Click on Get ShipStation Rates to fetch return shipping rates before validating the return shipment.

15. The ShipStation Data tab displays the selected rate details, including carrier, service code, and shipping amount.
It also shows shipment-related information such as Label ID, Package Code, and Tracking URL once generated.

16. After generating the return label, the system updates the Tracking Reference and marks Label Generated as enabled.
The shipping label is attached in the chatter, allowing you to download or print it directly from the transfer.
