Installation
- Once you purchase Odoo ShipEngine Shipping Integration from Webkul store, you will receive a link to download module’s zip file.
- Extract the file on your system after download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named ‘shipengine_delivery_carrier’
- Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
- Now, open Odoo App and click on Settings menu. Here, click on Activate Developer Mode.
- Then, open Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List.’
- In search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘shipengine_delivery_carrier’
- You will be able to see a module in the search results. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.
Workflow
- After installing Odoo ShipEngine Shipping Integration, the first step is to add ShipEngine Credentials in Odoo Backend by navigating to Configuration >> Delivery Methods >> ShipEngine >> ShipEngine Credentials.

2. Now on the same page user can view and manage additional details like ShipEngine Carriers and international shipment etc by going to the Extra tab (to the left of ShipEngine Credentials).

3. After this, when user create a sale order and click on add shipping. A pop-up titled Add a Shipping Method will appear with a Get Rate button.

4. When you click on the get rate button, it will show you different carriers according to the choice in backend. You can see the amount from there and select any one of your choice.

5. Once the Shipping method is selected, user can view the ShipEngine Data like service type and amount etc.

6. Now, user can confirm sale order.

7. Now, click on put in pack a pop-up will appear with package details such as package type, weight, etc.

8. Once delivery order is validated, label and tracking information will be generated successfully.

9. Once the delivery is done, you can track the package by clicking on the track button and can also return it by clicking on the return button on the same page.

10. You can also get the ShipEngine Rates in delivery order by clicking on Get ShipEngine rates button.

11. Clicking on this button, you will see a pop-up of multiple carriers to choose from.

12. If needed, the user can cancel the delivery by clicking on the cancel button under Additional Information.

13. Once you click the cancel button, a cancellation message will appear in the communication box.
