Introduction
Odoo QuickPay Payment Acquirer allows store owners to accept secure online card payments using the QuickPay gateway. It offers a hosted checkout that keeps the payment process simple and safe.
You can manage payments easily and track transactions directly from the backend dashboard. This helps store owners handle online payments without extra effort.

Installation
- Once you purchase the App from the Webkul store, you will receive a link to download the module’s zip file.
- Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- ‘wk_payment_quickpay’.
- Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
- Now, open Odoo Apps and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate Developer Mode.
- Then, open the Odoo Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List.’
- In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘wk_payment_quickpay’.
- You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on ‘Activate’ to install it.
Workflow
Configuration of Odoo QuickPay Payment Acquirer
1. Go to the Website → Configuration → Payment Providers menu from the backend dashboard.
Here, you can view all available payment providers and select QuickPay to begin configuration.

2. Open the QuickPay payment provider and enter the Merchant ID, Agreement ID, and Access Token in the credentials section.
Select Test Mode for testing or switch to Enabled for live payments, then choose the company and website. Save the settings and publish the payment provider to make QuickPay available at checkout.

3. During checkout, the customer reviews the order details and selects QuickPay as the payment method.
The system displays the order summary and billing information, then redirects the customer to the secure QuickPay payment page after clicking Pay now.

4. The customer enters card details on the secure QuickPay hosted payment page and reviews the payment amount.
After clicking Pay, the payment is processed securely, and the customer can also cancel the payment if needed.

5. After the payment is successful, the customer is redirected to the order confirmation page.
The page displays a success message, order number, payment method, total amount, and billing details, confirming that the order has been placed successfully.

6. After the order is confirmed, the admin can open Accounting → Payment Transactions from the backend.
The system displays all QuickPay transactions with reference number, amount, status, and customer details, allowing admins to track confirmed, pending, or failed payments easily.

7. From the Payment Transactions list, the admin can open a specific QuickPay transaction.
The detail view shows the payment reference, amount, status, provider reference, customer details, and confirmation state, helping admins verify the payment completely.
