You must install these basic modules for Odoo POS Kitchen Direct Print module to work.

1. Once you purchase the App from the Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.
2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named-   ‘POS_Kitchen_Direct _Print’
3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
4. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.
5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List.’
6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘POS_Kitchen_Direct _Print’
7. You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

1. After completing the installation, log in as the admin. Then, navigate to the Odoo website.
2. Go to the Point of Sale (POS) and then navigate to Configuration > Settings. Here, you will see the Connected Devices option, here You need to enable the “Use Direct Print” option.

3. Go to the Point of Sale (POS) and choose your desired point of sale. Then, click on the three vertical dots (⋮) and select Edit. Now, enable the “Use Direct Print” option.

4. Choose your product according to your needs, then click on Order.

5. Once the product is placed, a kitchen order ticket (KOT) will be printed directly on the backend.

6. Go to Print Direct and click on Printers. Here, you will be able to see your printers.

7. If you want to add a raw printer, go to Print Direct and then click on Add Raw Printer.
