User Guide For Odoo Gym Management

Odoo Gym Management is an all-in-one tool that helps gym owners handle clients, trainers, memberships, equipment, and websites.

It connects everything in one place to save time and avoid mistakes. This makes running the gym smoother and more professional.

The system is easy to use, even for those without technical skills. Staff can track member progress, manage workouts, and respond to inquiries quickly.

It helps improve client service and keeps gym tasks simple and organized.

1. Add and manage gym members with complete profiles.
   
2. Assign custom workout and diet plans to each client.
   
3. Track equipment status and gym activity in real time.
   
4. Build and update gym websites with banners and locations.
   
5. Manage trainer profiles and their workout schedules.
   
6. Handle client inquiries using CRM-style tracking.
   
7. Get automated reminders for membership renewals.
   
8. Monitor all gym operations from a single smart dashboard.

1. Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive a link to download module’s zip file.
2. Extract the file on your system after download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- ‘wk_gym_management‘.
3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
4. Now, open Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate Developer Mode.
5. Then, open Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List’.
6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘wk_gym_management‘.
7. You will be able to see module in the search results. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

1. Once Odoo Gym Management is installed, configure the features from the edit menu

2. Add Gym Enquiry Form to set up the inquiry feature.

3. After the enquiry is made, navigate to Gym Management >> Enquiries 

4. Now go to Memberships > Memberships to manage the gym memberships.

5. To manage the gym membership plan, go to Gym Management >  membership plans

6. To check the gym members’ details, navigate to Gym Management > Members > Members

7. To manage the diet plans for clients, go to Gym Management > Diet Plan.

8. Go to  Gym Management > Trainers > Trainer

9. To manage details regarding the Gym, Exercise, Workouts, go to Gym Management > Gyms
