Doorway to New Opportunities
When you work with people from different parts of the world, it becomes important to see technology with a wider perspective. Odoo Experience has always been that place where ideas, innovation and real business stories come together. This year was no different.
Odoo Experience 2025 opened the doors to new possibilities for the Odoo community and also for us at Webkul.
Our team members, Vivek Singh, Neeraj Sahu, Neha Gupta, Rinkoo Kumar and Shivani Tyagi attended the event from 18 to 20 September 2025 in Belgium. Packed with new features, networking and inspiring talks, this event turned out to be an enriching and memorable experience.

The Journey Begins
Our journey started on 16 September from Indira Gandhi International Airport. We travelled from Delhi to Brussels via Abu Dhabi. Even though the travel was long, the excitement of the upcoming event kept our spirits high. After reaching Belgium, we settled down, took a small break and prepared for the next big days.
Day 1 – 17th September
Exploring Antwerp and Ghent
Before diving into the event, we kept the first day exclusively for exploring two beautiful Belgian cities, Antwerp and Ghent.
The day began early with a train ride to Antwerp. The city welcomed us with its historic architecture, artistic charm and vibrant streets. The Cathedral of Our Lady and the lively old town added to the experience.
Later, we travelled to Ghent. With its medieval streets, peaceful canals and the impressive Gravensteen Castle, Ghent felt like stepping into a storybook. A walk along Graslei and Korenlei offered some of the most stunning riverside views.
The day was a refreshing cultural break filled with great food, photos and unforgettable memories.

Day 2 – 18th September
Odoo Experience 2025 – Event Day 1
The excitement truly kicked in on 18 September as we stepped into Brussels Expo for our first official day at Odoo Experience 2025. The moment we entered, the energy was infectious. Bright booths, enthusiastic faces and that familiar Odoo buzz instantly set the tone for an amazing day ahead.
Since none of our team sessions were scheduled for this day, we focused completely on connecting with people. And it turned out to be the perfect start. Throughout the day, partners, clients and developers from different parts of the world stopped by the Webkul booth. Our product demos, colourful brochures and fresh collection of goodies sparked many interesting conversations and helped us meet people who were genuinely curious about what we do.
The booth quickly became a lively place filled with laughter, handshakes and a whole lot of knowledge sharing. From quick chats to detailed discussions, the interactions kept us engaged right till the end.
We wrapped up the evening on a cheerful note, enjoying the music, the atmosphere and the amazing community that makes Odoo Experience so special. It was the perfect kickstart to the days that followed.

Day 3 – 19th September
Odoo Experience 2025 – Vivek Singh’s Session
Day 3 moved ahead with the same energy and enthusiasm that had already filled the event. One of the most memorable moments was Vivek Singh’s session on the Odoo Hotel Management System.
His presentation gave the audience a clear picture of how the module brings ease and efficiency to hotel operations. From managing reservations to keeping housekeeping smooth and handling pricing and invoicing, everything was explained in a simple and relatable way. Vivek’s style made the session easy to follow, even for attendees who were new to hotel management workflows.
The response was beyond encouraging. Many attendees walked straight to our booth afterward to see the module live in action. Their curiosity, questions and interest turned our booth into an exciting meeting spot. The rest of the day was packed with technical talks, hands-on demos and meaningful business conversations that kept the momentum going.

Day 4 – 20 September
Odoo Experience 2025 – Shivani Tyagi’s Session
The final day brought its own excitement with Shivani Tyagi’s session on the Odoo Education Management System.
Her presentation was crisp, friendly and filled with real examples that made the topic both informative and enjoyable. She shared how the system helps educational organisations stay organised, whether it is student management, course planning or handling finances. The audience appreciated how the module supports the everyday needs of schools and training institutes in a clean and structured way.
The response to her session was fantastic, especially from attendees working in the education sector. Many of them visited our booth afterward to understand how the system could help them streamline their processes.
With great interactions, cheerful smiles and a sense of achievement, Day 4 beautifully concluded our Odoo Experience 2025 journey, leaving us motivated for the road ahead.

A Wonderful Client Meetup With Jelle Stas, Technology Lead at Distrilink
Another highlight of our Odoo Experience 2025 journey was meeting Jelle Stas, Technology Lead at Distrilink. It was a warm and engaging client interaction that truly reflected the collaborative spirit of the event.
Jelle shared his experience of working with our team and using UnoPim for managing their growing product data needs. Hearing his positive feedback in person was incredibly motivating for us. He spoke about how UnoPim has been helping Distrilink streamline product information across multiple marketplaces and how the platform’s speed, flexibility and open-source nature align perfectly with their scaling goals.
What made the interaction even more special was his appreciation for our team’s responsiveness and the smooth collaboration throughout the process. It was a simple, genuine conversation that reinforced the importance of client trust and long-term partnerships.

Exploring Brussels
After the event ended, we explored some of the best spots in Brussels.
We visited Mini Europe, which displays miniature versions of iconic European monuments. We also visited the Atomium, one of the most unique architectural structures in Belgium. The day ended with some good food, long walks and lots of pictures.
Finally, we returned to New Delhi with new learnings, ideas, and wonderful experiences.
Conclusion
Odoo Experience 2025 was a perfect blend of learning, innovation and collaboration. Meeting new people, connecting with clients and sharing our solutions with the global Odoo community gave us fresh motivation to push our ideas forward.
With each passing year, this event becomes an important part of our journey. We are excited to apply what we learned and prepare for even bigger achievements in the coming year.
