1. Once you purchase the App from the Webkul store, you will receive a link to download module’s zip file.
2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named ‘catalog_approval_management’.
3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
4. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate Developer Mode.
5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List.’
6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘catalog_approval_management’.
7. You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

1. Users can submit a new product or category entry on the website. The request then moves to the “Waiting for Approval” state.

2. Admins or assigned catalog managers can approve, reject, or reset the entry. Rejection reasons can be added to provide feedback to the user.

3. Track the request’s status, New, Approved, Rejected, or Reset for Edit, with real-time updates.

4. Admins can bulk-select multiple entries and perform approval or rejection actions in one go.

5. Instead of rejecting minor errors, admins can reset the entry, allowing users to edit and resubmit.
